Turn conversations into a pipeline.
Every WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger enquiry becomes a lead with an owner, a next step and a stage.
Every lead, where you can see it.
Drag a card to the next stage. Each one shows who owns it, what happens next and how long it has waited.
Illustrative board.
Enquiries don't wait in a chat list.
The sale is decided in the conversation — but the conversation is the worst place to keep track of it.
Leads buried in chat
The enquiry came in on WhatsApp on Tuesday. By Friday it's forty conversations down, and nobody remembers who was meant to call back.
No next step
A chat can't tell you what happens next. Without a task and an owner, a warm lead goes cold one quiet day at a time.
A spreadsheet nobody trusts
Someone copies names into a sheet at the end of the week. It's out of date by Monday, and it never says which chat a lead came from.
From first message to a closed deal.
The lead starts where the customer did — in the inbox — and keeps the conversation one click away.
The board moves with the conversation.
Your Leads board is the one the inbox, your automation rules and the AI agent all work on — so a stage set anywhere shows up everywhere.
The inbox side panel has a lead stage picker, and every chat in the list shows its stage. Stage a whole list of contacts at once from Contacts.
Trigger an automation when a lead changes stage, move contacts to a stage as a rule's action, or only run a rule for contacts in a given stage.
With RateUp's built-in connector, the Meta AI Agent can move the customer it is talking to — say, when they ask for a quote.
Everything a lead needs, on one card.
Drag cards across the board, or switch to a list grouped by stage and move, assign or delete many leads at once.
Every move, note, task and close is recorded on the lead, and the conversation is one click away.
Schedule a call, message, meeting, document or to-do with a due time. The person it's for gets notified.
Leave a lead longer than its stage allows and the card is outlined with how long it has been idle — and it joins Needs attention.
Bring leads in from CSV or Excel, up to 1,000 rows at a time from a ready-made template. Export any filtered view the same way.
Alongside the Leads board, run up to ten more for support tickets, projects or anything else, each with its own columns.
- Win probability and a stale-lead threshold on every stage
- Owner, several assignees and a team on each lead
- Labels, company and expected close date
- Lost reasons you define, picked when a lead is lost
- Search by name, company or phone
- Only owners and admins can delete a lead

Expected wins by close month, weighted by each stage's probability
Counted in leads, not currency — set a close date on a lead and it lands in its month.
Sample data.
Keeps your CRM and your ads in the loop.
Stages sync out to the tools your sales team already uses, and won leads tell Meta which ads worked.

Zoho Bigin & Zoho CRM
Map your board's stages to Bigin's and each move updates the deal there. Zoho CRM keeps contacts in sync.

GetLead
Lead status syncs both ways between GetLead and your Leads board.

Zapier
A Contact Stage Updated trigger starts a Zap whenever a lead changes stage.
Meta Conversions API
A won lead sends a conversion event to Meta, so click-to-WhatsApp ads learn which chats became customers.

Questions, answered.
From the inbox. The side panel of every conversation has a lead stage picker — choose a stage and the contact lands on your Leads board, or moves along it if they're already there. You can also stage many contacts at once from the Contacts table, add a lead by hand, import a spreadsheet, or let an automation rule do it.
Not today. Leads don't carry an amount. Each stage has a win probability, and the Forecast tab uses it to show how many open leads you can expect to win in each close month — a count of leads, not a revenue figure.
Every stage has a number of days a lead may sit without activity. Past that, the card is outlined and shows how long it has been idle, and it appears in the Needs attention view. Moving the lead, adding a note or completing a task counts as activity and clears it.
Yes. Every workspace has one Leads board — the one the inbox, automations and CRM syncs work with — and up to ten more boards for support, projects or anything else, each starting from its own set of columns that you can rename, recolour and reorder.
Map your board's stages to Zoho Bigin's and every move updates the deal there; Zoho CRM keeps contacts in sync, and GetLead syncs lead status both ways. Zapier gets a trigger whenever a contact's stage changes, and a won lead can send an event to Meta's Conversions API so your ads learn which conversations turned into customers.
Only workspace owners and admins. Everyone else closes a lead as Lost with a reason, so the history of what happened stays on the board.
Yes. Download the template, fill it in and upload up to 1,000 rows at a time as CSV or Excel — name, phone, email, company, stage, source, assignee, expected close date and a note. Export works the same way, so a file can round-trip.
