The simplest way to sell on WhatsApp and Instagram.
Product cards and carts inside WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, with a payment link that pays into your own Stripe or Razorpay account.
From “do you have it?” to paid, in one chat.
Product cards, a cart, the address, loyalty points and a payment link — all on WhatsApp, with the order filling itself in on your side.
Illustrative conversation.

- Messenger
- Shopify
- WooCommerce
- Stripe
- Razorpay
- EasyPost
The sale starts in a message.
Customers already ask to buy in your DMs and on WhatsApp. Most of them are lost between the question and the payment.
“Price?” in the comments
A good reel fills the comments with people asking what it costs. By the time someone replies with a link, many have already scrolled on.
Sent off to a website
The customer was ready in the chat. A link to a site, a fresh cart and a guest checkout is where they quietly give up.
Orders scattered across chats
One order in WhatsApp, two in Instagram DMs, a payment screenshot somewhere. Nobody knows what's paid, packed or still waiting.
From a comment to a delivered order.
The customer never has to leave the conversation they started.
A shop that lives in your conversations.
Products and variants with stock, published to the Meta catalog WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook share. Already on Shopify or WooCommerce? Your products are mirrored in.
A WhatsApp cart goes straight to checkout in the chat: an address form, delivery options, a coupon, loyalty points, then a payment link.
A mobile shop page for your Instagram bio. It shares the hosted checkout Instagram and Messenger buyers use, and sold-out items take back-in-stock requests.
Percent or fixed off, free shipping, buy X get Y, first-order only or loyalty members only — applied at checkout in the chat or on the page.
Reminders for carts left behind and payment links not yet paid, and a message the moment a sold-out product is back.
Members spend points for money off at checkout and earn points on what they pay — the same program as your RateUp loyalty.
- Instagram and Messenger “Buy now” product carousels
- Paid orders written back to your Shopify store
- Low-stock and sold-out filters on your products
- Review request once an order is delivered
- Refunds and returns handled from the order
- Click-to-WhatsApp ads credited on the orders they bring
Your payments, your account.
Take money the way your customers like to pay, into the account you already have.
Processed by Stripe, straight to Juniper & Co.
- Connect your own Stripe or Razorpay account
- Customers pay you directly — RateUp never holds the money
- No commission on your sales
A secure payment link, or the hosted checkout page, charges through your own provider account.
Customers get the payment link in the same WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger conversation, and the order confirmation lands there too.
Each COD order is confirmed by the customer on WhatsApp before you ship — with an optional discount for paying online instead.
Offer bank transfer at checkout and mark the order paid when the money arrives.
Every order, from every chat, in one list.
WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and your storefront land in the same Orders list, sorted by what needs doing next.
Illustrative orders.
As an order moves, the customer hears about it on the channel they bought on: confirmation, shipping with tracking, then delivery.
Compare live rates and buy a label from the order. Tracking updates come back from EasyPost on their own.
Approve a return, mark it received and refund it from the order, so the record stays in one place.
Your team, your AI agent and your ads can all sell.
The shop is built into the same inbox, mobile app and Meta AI agent you already run your conversations on.
Agents send product cards, build an order and send a payment link from any conversation — on the web or in the RateUp mobile app.
With RateUp's connector, the Meta AI Agent searches your products, starts a checkout, answers “where's my order?” and signs customers up for back-in-stock alerts.
Orders that start from a click-to-WhatsApp ad carry the ad they came from, so you can see what your ad spend actually sold.
Plugs into the store you already run.
Keep Shopify or WooCommerce as your source of truth, take payment through your own provider and ship with EasyPost.

Questions, answered.
You do. Payments go through your own Stripe or Razorpay account, straight to you. RateUp never holds the funds and takes no commission on your sales — the only processing fees are your payment provider's.
Customers choose their items, address and delivery inside the chat, then pay through a secure link from your Stripe or Razorpay account. You can also accept cash on delivery, confirmed on WhatsApp, or bank transfer.
Anywhere you can use WhatsApp Business, Instagram or Messenger, and anywhere your Stripe or Razorpay account can take payments.
No. Connect your Shopify or WooCommerce store and its products are mirrored into RateUp and published to your Meta catalog. When a customer pays for a chat order, the order is written back to Shopify, so your Shopify admin still sees every sale.
A cash-on-delivery order asks the customer to confirm it on WhatsApp before you ship, so you don't pack orders nobody meant to place. You can also offer a discount for paying online instead.
RateUp takes no percentage of your sales. Your payment provider charges its usual processing fees, and if you buy shipping labels through EasyPost, EasyPost bills you for them. See the pricing page for RateUp's own plans.
Yes. Agents can send product cards, build an order for a customer and send a payment link from the inbox on the web or from the RateUp mobile app, and every order they create lands in the same Orders list.
